All sessions have a duration of 45 minutes, except tutoring (55 minutes).
A computer, tablet, or mobile phone is required to access them.
An access link will be sent to the student’s email.
The date and time of the classes are agreed upon between the teacher and the student / company.
The hiring of class packages includes personalized email consultations.
Rates & Payments
Payments are made in advance. This payment is done via Zelle®, Venmo®, or bank transfer.
Once the class is reserved and the corresponding payment is made, you will receive an email from info@spanishcometrue.com with the confirmation.
Spanish Come True is not responsible for any additional charges that your bank may impose for the payment transfer.
All class packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
No refunds are made, only class exchanges (within the established validity, cancellation and exchange policy).
Spanish Come True reserves the right to increase class rates at the change of the calendar year or under other circumstances with prior notice.
Cancellation & Change Policy
Cancellations and changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance by sending an email to info@spanishcometrue.com.
Lessons canceled or modified outside of this timeframe are still payable, as well as in the event of the student’s failure to attend the class (no show).
Other Considerations
An initial test is conducted to determine your Spanish level according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) levels.
A free 25-minute session is provided to discuss your expectations and complete the initial test (oral part).
Any holidays or absences taken by the teacher will be communicated in advance.
